Who are we, and why should you care?

Tritech was opened because there are far too many stories about "computer geeks" failing miserably at fixing computers, erasing years worth of customer photos and documents for a quick easy buck, and not providing any follow-up customer service to back their work. We decided to show the world that it could, and should, be done the right way.

The way we work is simple, easy to understand, and heavily human-oriented. We don't like how others will upsell to you to maintain corporate image and mandatory sales (as in "extract an average of $65 per customer or you're fired") figures...so we don't do it.

Simply put, we are the best. Our "competition" has had plenty of time to assert themselves as "the best" in the tech biz, and most of them opened their doors long before we did...but you're here for a reason, aren't you? We write our own in-house custom software from scratch, and we have developed tools that give us a gigantic advantage over everyone else when it comes to fixing your computer. Plus, if we can write software that helps us do the work, it logically follows that we know how things work on a level that the average "erase it all and reinstall" technician doesn't.
