Tritech Computer Solutions came into existence because of the rapid decline being seen across the board in the computer service industry. It seemed like after Best Buy acquired Geek Squad, everyone and their brother started to think they could fix computers for a few extra bucks. As computers lowered drastically in cost, computer shop openings started to practically explode across the country.

The problem is that most of these computer shops do one thing and one thing only: reinstall everything from scratch. It's a sure-fire reliable fix, but it leaves the customer with lost programs, settings, and shockingly enough the number of shops that back up absolutely nothing before nuking your computer is higher than one could imagine! It's almost impossible to find a shop where the technicians actually know how to FIX a computer, instead of doing the same thing your "system recovery CD" would do...or worse.

Then there's the computer manufacturers. From major names like Dell Computer to smaller companies like Vision Computers, they all follow the same basic business model: offer a crummy low-performance throwaway computer for a low price, then gouge the customer for an exorbitant extra fee on each and every upgrade required to get a computer that doesn't run like a turtle on its back.

Tritech Computer Solutions is the answer to both of them. Just like the recording industry, the big players in the computer sales and service business are locked in an old business model that doesn't work so well anymore, and the customer is the one left in the dirt. That's where we're different: great customer service, techs that actually FIX computers, understandable fee structures, with integrity and honesty all the way.
